Pricing
All pricings on moofie-shop.com are in EUR.While Moofee strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Moofee cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, Moofee shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is miss priced, Moofee may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
How to order
Step 1.Select desired product (Moofie kit) by clicking on the shopping bag button. In shopping bag you carefully check the content of your shopping bag. To proceed to the next step click on the button “proceed to checkout”.
Step 2.You fill out the form with your personal data, shipping address, payment method and other data that is necessary.
Step 3.You carefully check your order, billing and shipping information and final order amount. At this point you can still change any information or item if necessary .You will finish you purchase by clicking on the button “place order”
Step 4.You will get a conformation mail of your purchase to the email account you provided at registration and within few days your package will arrive at your door
Purchase agreement between the provider and the purchaser is concluded when the provider approves the contract (the customer receives an email that the status of his order is confirmed).
Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. When paying with a credit card, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped.
Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Shipping
We ship our products worldwide via postal services. All orders are, if possibly shipped the same day. Our estimated shipping dates depend on the destination country.

EU shipments usually takes 2-4 working days.

Dealer Sales & limits
Moofee reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. Moofee also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers. For purposes of these Terms of Use, reselling shall be defined as purchasing or intending to purchase any product(s) from Moofee for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale of that same product(s) with a third party.
Easy returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of delivery of your order. After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund usually via the same payment method as you have originally used to place the order (credit card or check). The refund amount will compose of the original purchase price minus shipping charges and minus applicable restocking fee in amount of 10 € per package.
Wholesale
Moofee has various discount programs for volume buyers and distributors. If you are a company or club interested in purchasing several products at a time or would like to establish a wholesale account, then you will need to contact us via phone or email and fill in the distributor application form. We will review the request and respond promptly via email or telephone.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 In accordance with these rules organizer Moofee, doo, Borštnarjeva pot 8, 1351 Brezovica pri Ljubljani, is organizing sweep-stake game.
1.2 Subject of the sweeps-take is (moofie package). The prize will be drawn on 30th January 2010, winner/s will be published on 31st January 2010 on www.moofie-shop.com/win.
1.3 Sweepstakes starts 9th December 2009 and lasts until 30.january until midnight. Draw for the prize - moofie package is open to all those whose e-mail(with an answer) will be sent to info@moofie-shop.com. Question is which of those stencils is not a moofie stencil.You are required to submit the information needed. Purchase of any goods or services is not a condition of participation in the sweepstake
1.4 The organizer will announce the winners on 31 January 2010 on the website www.moofie-shop.com/win.
2. Definitions
2.1 Organizer of the sweep-stake is Moofee, d.o.o. , Borštnarjeva pot 8, 1351 Brezovica pri Ljubljani.
2.2 Sweepstake rules defines the procedures and conditions under which participants participate in the Sweep-stake.
2.3 Award - winning moofie packages will be drawn on 30.january 2010. The draw will take into account the votes received by the organizer to 30.January 2010 until midnight.
2.4 Participants of the contest and winners may only be persons who agree with the general conditions of use of the online store www.moofie-shop.com and rules of the contest, They have to send a reply as to which of those forms is not a moofie stencil and submit their data. It takes into account only one vote for each user.
2.5 In the prize game can”t participate: the employees of the organizer and employees in companies that are in any way involved in implementation of the sweep stake. The same applies to their immediate family members (spouse or person with whom the employee lives in the living community, and are by the rules of marriage and family relations in the same legal consequences as marriage, children or adopted children, grandchildren, brothers and sisters and parents employee or adoptive parents). Minors may participate with the consent of parents or guardians.
2.6 The draw will not be public and will be done in the premises of the organizer, who will be randomly select a winner of all participants eligible to participate in the lottery.
2.7 The organizer will announce the name of the winner publicly on the website www.moofie-shop.com/win and winner will be notified by e-mail.
3. Winners obligations
3.1 The sweep-stake winner, before collecting the award has to the send the organizer his information (name, address and tax identification number). In the case of a minor, it is also required to provide written consent from parents or guardians. The prize winner must send the necessary information no longer than two weeks after the organizer sends his request.
3.2 If winner does not provide that information to the organizer, he is not entitled to claim the awards from the organizer. The organizer is in this case free of all obligations incurred by the winner on the basis of these rules.
3.3 The winner is required before collecting the award, signing a declaration with which it agrees with these rules. The signing statement is a prerequisite for receiving awards.
3.4 The organizer reserves the right not to award prizes, if it finds that the participants are involved in the game, contrary to these rules.
3.5 Prizes can not be exchanged for cash or another prize.
4. Privacy and data protection
4.1 The winners agree to have their name, surname, place of residence and their photos in the media, for which the organizer will not be required to pay.
4.2 By participating in the sweep-stake contests, participants allow organizers to collect, process and store personal data, transmitted in accordance with the law on protection of personal data and send periodic news about its own services and products and services and products of Moofee d.o.o within the the law of governing the company. Based on the data protection, company Moofee d.o.o. allows the participants the right to inspect, copy, amendment, correction, blocking and deletion of personal data relating to them.
4.3 All appeals and complaints will be resolved by the organizer of the contests. All complaints can be sent to info@moofie-shop.com. In the event of justified complaints, the organizer will undertake necessary steps that it will eliminate the statutory time and inform the participant.
4.4 The organizer may change these rules, if caused problems of technical or commercial nature or causes to the public.
4.5 The organizer will in case of any changes and updates inform the participants of the contest on the web for www.moofie-shop.com/win.
5. JURISDICTION OF THE COURT
5.1 For any dispute,we will use the jurisdiction of the Court in Ljubljana, acting in accordance with Slovenian law.
